Naomi Wilds selected for UK Creative Community Fellows programme
Our founder and producer, Naomi Wilds is delighted to have been selected as one of Derby Museums and NAS 2020 and inaugural cohort of UK Creative Community Fellows.
The programme selects 25 creative entrepreneurs working to drive transformational change in their communities through the power of arts and culture, from right across the UK.
UK Creative Community Fellows is an international partnership between Derby Museums and United States-based NAS with support from the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Social Impact Strategy (CSIS).
Naomi said, “I am delighted to have been selected for such an inspirational programme designed by Derby Museums and NAS, and to join such a varied and talented cohort. Our first sessions have been full of support and challenge, with new frameworks and models for understanding how we foster change. I’m grateful to have this opportunity, at such a challenging time, and know this journey is going to be such an important one for me and the organisations, sector and communities I am part of.”
Fellows will work with Derby Museums, NAS, faculty partners, mentors and each other on projects and together, will embrace their leadership capacities, examine opportunities to strengthen partnerships and strategies, and deepen their relationships with their communities.
