Stacey Blythe

Classically trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, where she works as a musical director and repertoire coach, Stacey plays a wide range of instruments including piano, harp and accordion.

Stacey is a regular composer for Welsh National Opera’s MAX initiative and records and tours as a founder member of folk ensembles Ffynnon and Elfen. She has toured, performed and recorded with many artists. Her original compositions include ‘The Chainmaker’s Song’ performed with Billy Bragg at the Black Country Museum.
