Young Storytellers Lincolnshire - Story Making Workshop with Phil Okwedy and Tanya Akrofi

Early in 2025 we ran a fun and friendly 2 day creative story-making session, with professional storytellers Phil Okwedy and Tanya Akrofi and Lincolnshire Virtual School.

The workshops ran across two days aimed at ages 8 to 12 year olds. Young people created their own stories, we ran drama games, and created a space for young people to bring their imaginations out to play and spend time with friends.

Part of the UK Young Storytellers Project, and The Mighty Creatives/Arts Connect Collaborate and Innovate Programme, supporting arts and cultural organisations in the West and East Midlands to make their activities more attractive and accessible to children and young people in care and research barriers to participation.
